Liverpool has a great recent head-to-head record against Arsenal and will be optimistic about continuing their winning streak against the North Londoners. 

However, they are likely to miss their star players Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, which could be crestfallen for the Reds.

Both the Premier League giants are looking to secure the first trophy of this season and will play all their star players to win this contest. 

After a draw against Arsenal, the Reds bounced back and hammered three past Brentford, without the likes of Salah and Mane. Takumi Minamino and Diogo Jota stepped up in their absence and produced an impressive display.

While Arsenal's match against the Spurs was postponed due to a rise in Covid cases, this would have given players enough rest for the most important fixture against Liverpool. 

This will be a tough battle, but we fancy the Gunner for this contest.
