The football market unlike any market keeps on fluctuating as well. With clubs performing well gain valuation and vice versa. The form of the clubs depends upon the player's form and valuation directly. The higher you are ranked in the league the higher your stocks will be. Based on form clubs choose their targets for the upcoming seasons and bid in the Winter or Summer transfer window. Summer windows are generally preferred because players are a bit cheaper than when compared to the winter transfer window when the players are in the middle of the season and that two performing well.
