Danish playmaker becomes the latest PL addition to Conte's Inter squad

Christian Eriksen has signed for Inter Milan in a contract that runs until 2024 from Tottenham Hotspur. The two sides reached an agreement for a rumored transfer fee of 17 million pounds.

The 27-year old featured in 305 appearances for spurs and scored 69 goals for the North London Club. Despite not winning any silverware, Eriksen proved to be one of the best midfielders in the Premier League.

He was speculated to leave the club for the past six months. The Dane was constantly rumored that he had talks with Top European Clubs such as Real Madrid and Barcelona. 

However, both the teams have an immense squad depth already. Signing Eriksen would have been a surplus to requirements for both the Spanish giants.

Inter Milan grabbed the opportunity to sign the player. The Nerazzurri finally made all the possible efforts to bring him to the San Siro. 

This clearly states that Inter are no more a laughing stock in the Serie A. Antonio Conte's side have been adding players to bolster their squad for the future and challenge the opponents.

Eriksen has become the fifth premier league player to join Inter Milan this term after Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez, Victor Moses and Ashley Young. Manager Antonio Conte is determined to take the Nerazzuri back to the Glory days.

Considering all the signings that the Italian has made, there will be no surprises if Inter go on to win the Scudetto this season. They are just three points adrift of Juventus in the second place and this poses a serious challenge for Cristiano Ronaldo and Co.

On the other end, Tottenham have permanently signed Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis as a replacement for Eriksen. 

The Inter Boss craves for a traditional style of football which has gradually gone well with the Inter squad and he even offers sex tips for players who are in peak physical condition! 

In an interview with L'Equipe, the former Chelsea and Juventus boss stated that.

"Short spells, with the minimum of effort and use positions where they are under their partners,”

"And preferably with their wives, because then you don't have to put in an exceptional performance!"

This bizarre methodology of handling the players has been a positive effect and Inter are taking every effort to plunder the Serie A dominance by the Old Lady for the past few seasons.

The Former Italy manager has signed players who show both quality and maturity on the pitch. The union of all the ex-premier league stars under an exceptional coach is a thing to watch out for this season.
